ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
You confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country or province of residence.

OUR PRODUCTS
We aim to represent our products as accurately as possible. However, variations in colour and appearance may occur depending on your device.
We do not guarantee that product appearance or results will match your expectations.
Because every horse and environment is different, individual responses to Solcotta products may vary. Our products are intended for general equine care use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. ORDERS
An order placed through our store constitutes an offer to purchase. Solcotta reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its discretion.
An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
We may cancel or decline orders and will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.
Orders are subject to our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are subject to change without notice.
The price charged will be the price at the time of order confirmation.
Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude shipping, duties, taxes, and import fees.

Promotional discounts and codes cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders unless otherwise stated. Unless explicitly allowed, discounts cannot be combined.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
We process orders within 2–3 business days before dispatch.
Once dispatched, orders are fulfilled by third-party courier services and are subject to their delivery timelines and conditions.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, strikes, supply disruptions, or events beyond our control.
Risk transfers to the customer once the order has been handed over to the courier.
FORCE MAJEURE
Solcotta shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events outside of our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, courier delays, strikes, load shedding or power outages, supplier shortages, extreme weather, government actions, or disruptions to transport or communication systems.

RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Solcotta is powered by Shopify, but all
transactions are between you and Solcotta.
Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your purchase or any resulting claims.
