Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive an order
confirmation email. This serves as your invoice and includes your order number
and full purchase details.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact
us at team@solcotta.com.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days
(excluding weekends and public holidays).
During peak periods or high order volumes, processing times
may occasionally extend slightly. If this occurs, we will notify you directly.
Once your order has been processed and prepared for
dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email.
Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, your order will be handed over to our
courier partners for delivery.
Estimated delivery times within South Africa are as follows:
- Main
city areas: 2–5 business days - Outlying
or rural areas: 3–7 business days
These timeframes are estimates provided by our courier
partners and may vary due to factors outside of our control, including weather
delays, high seasonal demand, or logistical disruptions.
Couriers
We use trusted local courier services to ensure safe and
reliable delivery of your order. The specific courier used may vary depending
on your location and the most efficient delivery route.
All deliveries are sent via tracked courier services.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a
shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available. This allows
you to follow your parcel’s journey directly with the courier.
Delivery Responsibility
Once your order has been handed over to the courier for
delivery, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.
Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout
is accurate and secure. Solcotta cannot be held responsible for delays or
issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
If a parcel is lost in transit, we will assist in liaising
with the courier to resolve the issue.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your
location and order size.
Any shipping promotions or free shipping offers will be
clearly displayed at checkout where applicable.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any
issues within 48–72 hours of receiving your parcel.
All claims must include clear photographs of the product,
packaging, and any visible damage.
Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution,
which may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping on select orders. Delivery times and costs vary depending on destination.
For international orders, we currently provide shipping on a quote basis in some cases. If you would like to place an international order, please contact us before purchasing so we can provide a tailored shipping quote.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Taxes & Customs
All international shipments may be subject to customs
inspection and local import duties or taxes.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are
not included in Solcotta’s product or shipping prices unless otherwise stated
at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs
clearance processes.
